How it works

Technology: Universal Thermal Organic Converter (UTOC)

UTOC is a simple, rugged, modular, transformative, 1350°C technology that recycles all forms of waste organics into a low emissions gas stream used for electric power generation, water purification, and site / district heating.

  • Feedstocks include plastics, MSW, medical-industrial wastes, tires, PCBs, benzenes, textiles, composite auto / RV / wind turbine waste, deadstock, offal, etc.
  • UTOC temperature is controlled by injecting leachate, sewage, washdown, and like waste waters.
  • Ultra low NOx emissions ~10% of incinerators.
  • Continuous operation modulating between 20% and 100% of design capacity.
  • Maintains desired energy output by auto adjusting input rate to feedstock quality.
  • Less than 75% the cost of conventional alternatives.

Commercial Path

  1. Build full featured UTOC Beta Demonstration project in 6,000± person host community.
  2. Upgrade our marketing network to increase access to prospect stakeholders and deal-closing effectiveness.
  3. Close first of 19 UTOC single source prospects in 12 months.
